Event Space Rental at Wilson Abbey in the Heart of Uptown
Built in the 1920s, Wilson Abbey has recently undergone a complete renovation. The whole building is wired for fast Wi-Fi and is centrally located for easy access.

The Auditorium
With cathedral ceilings the Auditorium (5,000 square feet) holds approximately 500 guests. Host your next job fair, bat mitzvah, or quinceañera in this fabulous space.

The Theater
At 850 square feet the Theater holds about 50 people and is perfect for movies, book club meetings, small scale theater performances.

All spaces/events come with the option of adding baked goods and coffee/teas from Everybody’s Coffee to your package.
Wilson Abbey is a smoke-free and alcohol-free venue. Wilson Abbey cannot host partisan political events.

Rentals are available during the following hours:
- Monday – Friday 6:30 a.m. – 8 p.m.
- Saturday – 7 a.m. – 8p.m.
- Sunday – 1 p.m. – 5 p.m.

Rental Deposit
We require a 50% deposit of your total bill to hold the space for your event. This deposit is NOT refundable if you cancel less than 2 weeks in advance.
Cleaning Fee
Theater rentals require a set up/cleaning fee of $40.
Auditorium cleaning fees depend on whether or not you’re bringing in food and how many people you are feeding.

Checklist (what the RENTER is responsible for)
- All personal items removed.
- All garbage put into the garbage cans provided.
- No major messes left.
- We do not allow anything to be taped to the floor
- No damage to equipment, tables and chairs, or space.
- No alcohol is allowed on the premises.
- If any additional spaces are added to the rental for catering setup, the renter will be charged the normal rate in addition to a setup and cleanup fee for the extra room.
- Wilson Abbey cannot host partisan political events.
